cancellations & freeze policy

The following are basic procedures for IRON ENERGY. Please refer to your copy of the membership agreement for specific details.
 

CANCELLATION PROCEDURES

  • You must contact your club representative via phone, email, or in person to request a cancellation form.
  • Once you receive your cancellation form, please fill it out and return it as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations have a 30-DAY NOTICE, which will include regular bi-weekly charges and may include your club enhancement fee if the cancellation falls within those specific months. In order to cancel, you must move more than 30 km away from the facility, and provide proof of address change. You must also provide a doctor's note stating you can no longer use the facility. Lastly, any outstanding balances your account has must be cleared before cancellation can be completed.

FREEZE PROCEDURES​

  • You must contact your club representative via phone, email, or in person to request a freeze form.
  • Once you received your freeze form, please fill it out and return it as soon as possible.
  • Freezing your account only applies to our bi-weekly memberships. You can freeze your account 1 time, for up to 6 months. During your freeze, there is a $5.25 bi-weekly charge to hold your membership.
